Reflection Cleaning Service
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancelling any scheduled cleaning service.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Clients may reschedule a service with 24 hours’ notice without any additional charges.
Exceptions for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are only issued for services not rendered or in cases where the service provided is significantly below the agreed-upon standards.

Valid refund requests will be processed within 7 to 9 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
In cases where only a part of the service was unsatisfactory, a partial refund or service redo may be offered.
Certain services or fees, such as late cancellation fees, may be non-refundable.
