1. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Reflection Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms and conditions
2. Quality Promise
We commit to providing professional cleaning services. In case of dissatisfaction, please inform us within 24 hours for a re-clean of the specific area.
3. Access and Safety
- Ensure home accessibility for cleaning (e.g., provide door code).
- Disable alarms or provide instructions for their use.
- Ensure safe environment for our staff; we reserve the right to withdraw services in unsafe conditions.
4. Preparation for Cleaning
Please have your space ready for cleaning. Additional charges may apply if excessive preparation is needed.
5. Customer Feedback
Your feedback is crucial. Please participate in our surveys to help us improve our service.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.
- Late cancellations may incur a full cleaning charge.
7. Lockout Policy
If we cannot access your home during scheduled hours, a lockout fee may be charged.
8. Breakage and Damage
We are not liable for damage to items not properly installed or maintained. Report any service-related damage within 2 business days.
9. Photo Documentation
We may take before and after photos for training and promotional purposes. Opt-out option available.
10. Non-Solicitation of Employees
Agree not to hire our staff for any home-related services outside of our arrangement.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the new terms
